Motion by J. Lafond to turn the matter over to Town Councel
for action, second W. Vicens , motion carries .

Att. John Collins and Mr. Olive attended the meeting.
They wanted a status of the Order of Conditions to date.
Tony will check with Town Councel about our position if
Mr. Olive brings the applicant to court.

A letter and lotting plans were subtAtted.
Conditions 14 & 15a have not been met yet.
5 . The Pines
A plan showing conservation easements and the Order of
Conditions have not been recorded. Letter will be sent.
6 . Enforcement Orders
Motion by W. Vicens to issue an. enforcement order beca"se

Motion by W. Vicens to issue the draft Order of Conditions
for file 242-258 with a $2,000.00 bond, second H. FIA9
