3. Ronald Olive letter Lot 21ALacy Street - wants to know
the status of the lot and what the NACC is going to
about it, Tony will send a letter.
4. Designer Homes - Bear Hill February report submitted
- Lot 6 Bear Hill 242-225, they want to
move the driveway, we want a plan
submitted showing the exnct driveway
change.
5. J. Philbin - request extension Bridges
Motion by W. Vicens to empower the site visit team to
issue an extension on the Bridges , second D. Stulgis ,
motion carries .
6. T. Counsel - Recording Order of Conditions
The NACC has to set up a regulatian for the Town Byl.,aw
and hold a public hearing to discuss this regulation.
7. Town Counsel - Crossbow Lane
A Lis Pendens will be recorded at the Registry against,
the Order of Conditions ,
The Commission will meet with B. Osgood to let him know
exactly what we want done on the lot.

Motion by W. Vicens to close the public hearing on Lot 7B

He had a question about, the bond paragraph stating that the bond
would not be released until one year after completion of the
project.
Motion by W. Vicens to to strike the paragraph in the Order of
Conditions that states"sball be rele{tsed . . after completion
of the project", second A. Resca, motion carries.

8 . Enforcement Order ABC Bus
Motion by J. Lafond to issue the ABC Bus Company an
Enforcement Order to stop all work being done in. the
wetland, includi-ne
, the cutting of trees and to appear
at the March 20 meeting, second W. Vicens , motion carries .
Have it delivered by the Police Department.
