Harry love and Richard Houde were concerned about the flooding
of their land.
Motion by A Lafond to close the public hearing on Wintergreen
Estates to take the information under advisement to write the
Order of Conditions , second A. Resca, motion carries .

John Callahan went over what the Commission wants for new filing.
We will send a letter to the Selectment and copy ABC Bus Company
stating the information we recitiested.

Motion by J . Lafond to request the people before us tonight to
come to us with an estimate of low wMah storage they Could
provide without tearing up their lot, seeond A. Resca, motion
carries .

Tom Neve gave update . ora. the we near Rt. 125 .
Wetlands in that area will be flagged, Work on Lot I will
be done appyoximately 40 feet away from the corner of the
wetlands .
We want a plan showing the wetlands and a seUmentation and
erosion control measures .
Motion by J. Lafond to lift the Enforcement Order on Lot 1.
North Andover Business Park and allow work after a plan showing
delineation of the wetland and a sedimentation control Measures
