Minutes of the Conservation Commission of June 26 , 1985

1. Determination : New England 'Telephone Forest Street
George Gagan represented the applicant.
Motion by D. Stulgis to empower the site visit team to
make a determination, second A. Resca, motion carries .
2. Determination : Lot 4 Berkley Road
Richard Kaminski represented the applicant.
Motion by D. Stulgis to issue a negative determination on
Lot 4 Berkley Road, second J. Lafond, motion carries .
3. Determination : Lots 1,6 ,7,, 31 , 32 , 33 , 34 , 35 ,41 ,42 ,43 The Pines
T. Neve represented the applicant.
Motion by J. Lafond to empower the site visit team to
make a determination, second D. Stulgis , motion carries .
We want : drainage restrictions put on a plan
move all water & sewerage lines out of ponds
show culverts under the driveway
have lot lines staked
stake corners closes6 to the wetlands
We want everything submitted prior to the site visit .
4. Determination : Lots 19 ,20 , & 27 Equestrian
T. Neve represented the applicant.
We want the houses staked.
Motion by J. Lafond to empower the site visit team to
make a determination 21 days after the houses are staked,
second, motion carries .

5 . Continuati.on� 'of Public Hearing 710' Great Pond Road
T. Neve represented the applicant.
Additional information we want :
1. show grading required on houses that are less than 50 '
from a wetland
2. stamp plans
Motion by J. Lafond to close the public hearing to take the
information under advisement to issue Order of Conditions
within 21 days of receipt of requested .information, second
A. Stulgis , motion carries .
6 . Lot 12 Marbleridge Road - Phil Christiansen
The original Order of Conditions requires a determination on this
lot, the applicant wants to waive that because lot 12 is 95 ' from
the wet meadow.
Motion by J. Lafond to put this on the site visit and make a
determination at that time , second A. Resca, motion carries .
7. Tucker Farms Lots 2 , 3,4 ,5 , 8 ,11, & 12
A positive determination was issued, the applicant will re-stake
the houses and lots so that the Commission can make a more
detailed determination.
8. Lot 13 Marbleridge
P. Christiansen went over with the Board that he plans to put
a pond on the lot and will file a Notice of Intent.
9 . Correspondence :
1. Salem Street Erosion Selectmen Memo
We issued an Enforcement Order but no response has been
submitted.
Motion by J. Lafond to forward this to Town Counsel for action ,
second, motion carries .
2 . Selectmen Memo - money transferred to salary account

Motion by D. Stulgis to approve the site plans submitted
for lots 6B, 16 , 7 & 21, second. motion carries .
We want a letter or plan stating what the lot line changes are .

We received a letter stating that the work has been done .
