Neve - Lot 25A Equestrian Drive - plan change, J. Lindon will review the plan and give recommendation at the next meeting Minutes of the November 6, 1985 Meeting 2. Tucker Farms H. Fink feels that items we requested in a letter and in the Order of Conditions are not being complied with. This will be put on the site visit for review, if there is a problem an Enforcement Order will be issued. Lot 14 T'aeker Farm Mr. Malanger, owner of the lot attended the meeting.. Forbes Realty will not finish the grading. on his lot or remove a pile of;Oebris. Put on site visit. H, Fink-iATI review the t e.and report at the site visit. 3. 'Lots''71 8A Penni'Lane T. Neve attended the meeting. Tom submitted a report on what has been done at the site and what his recommendations are to correct the site. Motion by J. Lafond to require the applicant to do work in item d only, and any erosion control measures necessary, no other work -shall be done until the members review the plan and decide at the next meeting, second H. Fink, motion carries. 4. 'Determindlidn: Lot 22 Equestrian Drive T. Neve gave presentation. Motion by J. Lindon to empower the site. visit team to make: a determination second J. .Lafond, motion carries. Have the corners of the house staked. Jim Lafond wants the final decision of determinations made at a public meeting. 5. Determination a Lot 5 Berkley Road .peter Richardson represented the applicant, Motion by J. Lafond to close the public meeting for purposes of making a decision to vote on it at the Nova 73th meeting, second, 'motion. carries. 6. Deterirination: Lot 6 Berkley Road Motion by J. Lafond to close the public meeting for purposes of making a decision to vote on it at the Nov. 13th meeting, second, motion carries. 7. Cablevision Kaminski's office will be submitting a plan for temporary sedimentation control. - 2 - Minutes of November 6, 7985 7. Public Hearing: Lot 3 Campbell Road T. Neve gave presentation. Motion by J. Lafond to close the public hearing to take the information under advisement to issue Order of Conditions within 22 days., second motion carries. We want the house staked. 8. Continuation of Public Hearing: Johnson 'St.JDeerfield Lane Phil Christiansen represented the applicant. A letter from P. Christiansen granting extension and items we discussed at the original hearing was read into the record.. A complete set of caculations was , also submitted. Motion by J. Lafond to close the public hearing to take information under advisement to issue Order of Conditions within 2l days, second H.. ,Fink, motion carries. P. Christiansen put a revised date on the plan submitted and initialed it. 9. Blue Ridge Road Attorney George Hall," John Madden and Bernard Holcomb of kIMM attended the meeting. _A letter with the following schedule will be submitted on Thursday. Z. . schedule for sewer station, will be finished in two weeks, 2. headwalls - two weeks to complete all six headwalls,.. 3. re--vegetation -- report from HMM Tracy looked at the site this week and said erosion control measures look good, all stone is in place. There is sedimentation at the entrance road into.Town Reservoir. Tracy will go out on Thursday with Tom O'Connor o f 'adlly„Assoc. ., any erosion control measures that need to be take`ri will be discussed. We also want a schedule of the hydroseeding and mulching. W. Vicens will 'call J. Borgesi to tell him our concerns about the runoff. Lot 33 Bear Hill Motion by J. Lafond to issue an Enforcement to stop all work” on site, second A. Resca, motion carries Send out'by registered mall. Mr, Serionan attended the meeting. He is waiting to connect to the sewer and utilities. He has put in hay bales at the bottom on -his lot, Motion by J. Lindon to lift the enforcement order on -lot 28A Blue Ridge Road after it has been inspected by J.. Lindon and T Peter., "second J. Peter will call them to ask for it. 12. Office Hours: Site Visits 9 - 2 Tuesday and .Friday 13. ChestnutGreen They want to make a change in building #3, more wetlands will be filled in than origindlly,proposed. Motion by J. Lafond to send a letter saying any additional work will require a new, Notice of Intent, second, motion carries. J. Mansour, motion carries. H. ,Fink abstained. 15` Order of Conditions Lot A North Andover Business ,Fork 242-317 Motion by B. Mansour to accept draft Order of Conditions as amended and issue them, second J. Lafond motion carries. He Fink abstained. 16. Meadows T Peter issued an Enforcement Order. They are to attend the Nov. 20th meeting, 17. Order of Conditions: 'Lot 6 Tucker Farms Motion by J. Lafond to accept draft Order of Conditions and issue them, when a file number comes in, second J.
