1) Minutes: December 11
December 18
Motion by Jack Lindon to accept minutes of December 11
and December 18 as amended, second B. Mansour, motion
carries. J. Lafond abstained on the December 18 minutes.
2) Correspondence:
1, Revised plan of Lot 38 Carlton Lane - 1V. ' Vicens to check in field,and
to be placed on next agenda.
2. Alan Macintosh, MVPC, Watershed Study
3. Conservation Restriction, Penelope Saxe, 400 Great Pond Rd.
4. Request for Compliance, Lot 16A & 17A Carlton Farms
To be checked in the field December 11 and placed on next agenda.

3) Lot E Berry Street 242-218 J. Lafond will review site to make amendment to
the original Order of Conditions. Place on next agenda.
4) Town Farm Reservoir - Members discussed the recommendations sent to us by
Laity Associates. The Environmental Impact. Report by
Dr. Frank Richardson was reviewed by T. Peter and J. Lafond.
J. Lafond will draft a letter to be voted on at next meeting.
5) Lot 1 Essex Street 242-259 The calculation's submitted to satisfy condition #14 have
been accepted. T. Peter to issue the calculations as an
amendment to the Order of Conditions T. Peter to check
with Town Counsel for proper documentation procedure in
order to record such at the Registry of Deeds ,
5) Public Hearing - Continuation Coventry Estates - Mr. Scott Moorehead of Beta
Engineering representing Coventry Development Corp, presented a revised plan
and additional information as required by the NACC. J. Lafond motions to close
public hearing, to take matter under advisement and to issue Order of Conditions
within twenty-one days. H. Fink secondymotion carries.
7) Public Hearing-Estate of Mary F. Charles- Mr. Scott Giles presented the Notice of
Intent for the applicant. Two abuters were present at the meeting. They
expressed concern for flooding and construction of a retaining wall within
10 feet of a waterway. B. Mansour posed questions about construction of the
retaining wall. J. Lafond posed questions about the flood elevations. H. .Fink
motions to close the public hearing for purpose of writing the Order of Conditions
within 21 days - J. Lafond second, motion carries.
8) Public Hearing - Jerad Place -- T. Neve presented the Notice of Intent for applicant
Mr. Robert Janusz. T. Peter and T. Neve plan to visit the site January 13th to
check the wetland delineation, Drainage calculations were discussed and re-
viewed for the detention pond, J. Lafond motions to close the public hearing
and issue Order of Conditions within 21 days. J. Lindon second, motion carries.
9) French Farm Village - Ben Osgood presented the updated schedule as addressed
in the NACC letter of November 25, 1985, T. Peter should be contacted by the
new contractor in order to be up to date on construction, T. Peter should
monitor construction on site. W. Vicens motions to have T. Peter stop all work
on the subdivision until a nein plan for completing the required work has been
accepted and approved by the NACC. J. Lindron second, motion carries.
10) Heritage Estates 242-320 - A representative from Merrimack Engineering and Ridgewood
Builders discussed with the NACC the reasons why a:denial was made. The members
explained what types of additional information is needed in order to submit a new
Notice of Intent.
11) Barker Street 242-328 - 1'1r. Thomas Neve reviewed new alternativ%for filing
another Notice of Intent. T. Peter will arrange a meeting with T. Neve, Board
of Public Works and 3 NA CC members to discless planning of sewer locations.

12) Lot 51 Salem Street - Remains a negative determination as per the revised
plan dated 9'19183.
13) gots 1C, 2C and 3C Great Pond Road ' 1 Bradford St.. ' An Engineer from
yr�ngineet^ing represented John Slavin; The en forcement order of December
23, 1985, was discussed,_ He informed us Lot 1C is not owned by John Slavin.
T. Peter to issue an enforcement order to the correct owner.
14) School Site - The school committee is placing an article to purchase land° Two
parcels mentioned to: be of interest, Town Farm and 4 parcels,of
Land at the intersection of Salem Street and South Bradford Street.
15) Tucker Farm 242-242 H. Fink motions to accept the amendment to the Order
..,r. � of Conditions, 4. Lafond second, -motion carries..
16) Lot 2 Salem Street - Order of Conditions - A. Resca motion to accept Order o f
Conditions as amended, J. Lindon second, motion carries.
17) Lot 3 Salem Street Order of Conditions - A . Resca motion to accept Order of
Conditions as drafted; J. Lindon second, -Motion carries.
