1) Minutes of February 12th, 1986
B. Mansour motions to accept the minutes of February 12,
19869 J. Lafond second, motion carries.

a. Ltr. to Planning Board from Mr. Hugh French concerning
Gray Wood Estates
b. Ltr. from Attorney James Goodhue concerning Vest Way
- File #242-140 H. Fink to review.
c. Tracy's Expenses
d. Ltr. from Board of Health concerning the Meadows Property
3) Teoma Estates
The wetland replacement plan was accepted by the NACC
J. Lafond motion to accept the letter as drafted and plan
by Merrimack Engineers , with letter referencin the changes
on the plan. J. Lindon second. H. Fink abstained -
motion carries.
4)
A new erosion and sedimentation control plan was submitted
to the NACC for review. (The NACC is in agreement with
this new plan provided. ) The original filing was denied.
Merrimack Engineering will be submitting a Notice of
Intent which will include this new plan.
5) Florence Estates
Discussed current sedimentation control plan. J. Lindon
will contact ECS on spring activities .
6) Enforcement Order
Lots IC, 2C and 3C - Great Pond Road
Mr. James Curran of Cyr Engineering represented John
Slavin and Ellco Inc. Determination was submitted, and

was scheduled on these lots for March 5, 1986. B. Mansour
motion to allow work to . provide wester protection on the
house (2C) . H. Fink second, motion carries.
} Campion Hall (#242-335) Order of Conditions J. Lafond motion
to accept the draft Order of Conditions as amended.

8) Lot E Berry Street
There should be no work on site until an engineering plan
is submitted.

Order of Conditions J. Lafond motion to accept the draft
Order of Conditions as amended. B. Mansour second, motion
carries .
10) Lots 42-49 Chestnut Street (#242-275)
Order of Conditions J. Lindon motion to accept the Order
of Conditions as amended. J. Lafond second, motion carries .
11) Site Visits
Will be made on March 1st for Jerad Place - Phase 2
Orchard Hill
Lots 1C, 2C and 3C Great Pond Rd.
