Bear Hill
Dr. Namay of Ortho Construction owner of Lots 60 and 69
attended meeting, along with his Attorney : ohmil.l regarding
our issuing an Enforcement OrderRobert Mansour made a
motion to have the Enforcement lifted on both lots as they
are not in our Order of Conditions . J. :Bandon secondAhtion
carries. J, Undon to view lots.
T. Goodwin from Designer Homes submitted an erosion control plan
on Bear Hill Lots . Plan was looked at and siltation fabric
was discussed. R. Mansour to review type of fabric to be used.
J. Lindon motion to accept the erosion control preliminary plan
to be stabilized and filter fabric installed within one week;
to lift the Enforcement Orders after inspection by T. Peter, and
approval of the filter type fabric. B.Mansour second, motion
carries.
Chestnut Green
.James Manard and Bryan Casey of General Contractors Company
attended the meeting; in order to discuss the violation at
Building; #3. A construction pian was used it wap not the one in
the Order of Conditions issued by the NACC and more than 5,000
square feet of wetland filling took place.
C. Vicens motion to issue an Enforcement Order to read, " ;radi.ng,
shall be pulled back in compliance with the Order of Conditions ,
erosion control to be placed as in Order of Conditions , and
Wetland replacement plan will be rewired i n two weeks. 5 B.
