and buying 34-A.-A. A site visit will be made of both sites .

down. Site visit will be made .

Retention Pond not working. Standpipe was to ken
out but NACC requested it be put back in fo
drainage purposes .
Chestnut Green s Enforcement Order
Bill Dolan, North Andover Fire Chief and the Newport Croup
attended meeting. Plan was submitted and discussed. Due to
an addition to the back of the building ® there is no room
for a fire truck to enter for the safety of the bldg.
Merrimack Engineering to bring plans back fOZ- review
by NACC and Fire -Chief for approval . Plan due next wEt- ek's
meeting.
Public Hearin Lot 1 4 Boston Street Determination
Owner Don Clough of 75 Boston Street represented himset 1f.
He presented his plans which involves a driveway. Twc, abutters
were present, namely Mr. Diad of 125 Boston St. , and .a Judith
Knight stating their concern over this driveway where wetland
was involved, also a matter of a septic systerh is inva ivod.
Jack Lindon motion to close public hearing and make a site visit
in order to make a ' determ.ination, H. Fink second, mot j.on carries.
Wintergreen Estates - Continuation of Public Hearing
Philip Christensen attended meeting representing applicant.
Problem that they had altered wetlands for a wetland' cTossing
Also grading at the side of the road was -not right. A Wetland
replacement plan was submitted. J. Lafond motion to close Public
Hearing to ,issue revised Order of Conditions within 21 days . H. - Fink
second, motion carries .
Barker Street ® Public Hearing
Yellow Maise Corporation representative Mr. Neve unable to attend
meeting. Owner, Mr Tuttle attended meeting and spoke of the pro's
and con's . Plans and Notice of Intent were shown. W. `Ticens
suggested that since Tom Neve could not attent meeting ease would
be continued until next week, 4/23/86. Need check for Tribune
for advertisement. H. Fink motion to continue next weep' J.I.,.indon
second, motion carries.
French Farce ® Ben Osgood attended to discuss items 5 & 6 of items in
letter dated 3/24/86 Plans for items 5 & 6 will be submitted
by Friday.

Show file to Graf (Board of Health) Check bond and
recording, if O.K. he can start work.
Francis & Florence Estates
The Order of Conditions proposed severed lots . However, the
applicant now proposes SSDS. Any lots which are 100 feet
from a wetland will be required to submit a plan to the
NACC before SSDS can-be installed.
926 Forest Street
J. Lafond motion to issue an Enforcement Order and require
either a Notice of Intent or Determination be filed. H. Fink
second, motion carries.
Ted Meadows to be heard on April 30th. Agenda
1957 Town Warrant
J. Lafond motion that the Commission votes favorably for the
75 Uplands Article - J. Landon second, motion carries.
Fink abstained.
T. Peter to invite the School Superintendent to next meeting
to discuss article #53, in order to determine if the NACC
will support the article.
