T. Peter recommends that Condition #13 has been completed as
per the Oder of Conditions . A :t.,afond has also inspected it;
and recommends to go forward with work. Condition #14 will be
completed and submitted by Friday. J. Laf:cand motion to allow
Coventry to proceed with work contingent can the receipt of:
"As Built Plans". Then work may begin 2 days after receipt of:

for lack of erosion control . A site visit will be made by the

Bear Hill.
Lot 66 Bear Hill - Compliance requested, site visit for Saturday
and vette can Compliance next week.
l°cat 28 Bear Hill - J. Lindon motion to send a Notice of Enforcement
Order Violation. J. Laf and second, motion carries .
Lots 31 Bear Hill - Site Visit Owner is going to be landscaping, but
lot needs immediate erosion control . J. Lindon
motion to empower T. Peter to pend Violation Notice
if hay bales :are not in Place. J. L afond second,
motion carries .
Lot 67 Bear Hi.l..l, ;hill bare. Notice of Enforcement Order Violation
has been sent. A Lindon motion to check with Town
Counsel r'.r.nd Selectmen as to the next procedure

25A Bear Hill and Lot 33 Vest Way - Enforcement Violations
Board agreed to engage Town Counsel , as to the next procedure
to follow in Enforcement Violations. No bonds on either lot.
Blue Ride Road
Digging trench _ Sive visit will be made by the NACC

New owner - has complied with implementation of erosion control.
He will be requesting an extension on his Order of Conditions .
Lot 4 - Bear Hill
Compliance request. Detention pond on property. J.Lafond
motion to deny the Compliance until the entire Order of
Conditions is complied with - B. Mansour second, motion
carries .
Landbank
J. Lindon has spokEn with R. Foulds, they have to meet
again for one last meeting to set it up.
Wintergreen Estates
Additional
Order of Conditions presented. A. Resca motion to accept
the Order of Conditions, B. Mansour second, motion carries .
Lots 1A & 1C Equestrian Estates
G. Pelletier has been confronted with abettors who wish to
have driveways moved closer to wetlands. Abuttors are setting
tap plans with this change. Board to make decision next week.
Rent-An-Expert
Gregor MacGregor from MACC attended our meeting as 14Rgnt-An-
Expert". From 8:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. he discussed Me subjects
of Enforcement, Buffer Zones, and Limited Projects with a half-
hour for questions .

Ben Osgood Jr. , reported that Items #3,5 and 6 (referenced
in letter dated March 24,1986) have been completed. Jayco
Construction Company has not as yet completed Items #1,
2 and 4. J. Lindon reports that construction material
is still left on site near wetlands.
