Bruinooge C. Lowery (8:00 P.M.) J. Lindon A. Resca (7:30 P.M.) W. Vicens T. Peter, Cons. Admin. R. Mansour M. Boudrot, Sec. C. Schoene Shannon Lane - Modification Commission voted to accept the proposed lot line change for Lots 2A and 5A. Motion carried. T. Peter to send letter in reference to this accepted change. Lots 15 and 16 Salem Street - Enforcement Order Phil Christiansen and Kurt Young of Wetlands Preservation Inc. , attended meeting representing the owner of these lots. It was established that the driveways were too wide. One side would have to be rebuilt. It was requested. that a wetland replacement plan plus a common driveway permit be presented. Enforcement Order to remain enforced. Campion Hall - Detention Pond The detention pond was discussed (the sedimentation basin looks o.k.) and a new plan was submitted. It was decided that a detention pond would work better than a trench. More information is needed before a decision can be made. Bear Hitt Lot 29 Tracy Peter to call as lot still unstabilized. Lot 59 Tracy Peter to call as lot is not completely stabilized. Lot 60 Tracy Peter to contact owner as the roadway is yet to be stabilized. Lot 9 - The Pines - Enforcement Order T. Peter. recommended NACC Lift the Enforcematt Order as grass is growing. Motioned byJ.Lirdon Bob Mansour second, motion carried. Continental Cablevision Dan Hayes and two other persons from Continental Cablevision attended the meeting. The problem was discussed as siltation was in the catch basins due to the hay bales that were in place were not effective due to the silt back-up on them. It was suggested by the Commission that they maintain these hay bales. A motion was made by Jack Lindon to extend the deadline for filing of a Notice of Intent to June 1st. B. Mansour second, motion carried. Page 2 - Minutes of Oct. 15, 1986 Meeting Lots 2 & 3 Salem Street - Enforcement Order Jack Lindon motioned to lift the Enforcement Order on Lots 2 & 3 Salem Street. B. Mansour second, motion carries. Sideri Place - Owner Paisano Realty Trust - J. Lindon motioned that T. Peter letter to the owner requiring that they install erosion controls and that they be inspected before start of work and also to revise the wetland crossing to 29 feet wide instead of the original 28 feet. C. Schoene second, motion carried. Davis & Furber Enforcement Order Marty Spagat and Tom Levy were out-of-town and could not attend meeting. J. Lindon motioned we ratify the Enforcement Order and B. Mansour second, motion carried. Barker Street (Yellow Maise) - Enforcement Order J. Lindon uiacb' site visiJto this area and found violations taking place. It was decided to get in touch with Mr. Tuttle (owner) andrequest he attend our next meeting. J. Linden motioned we ratify the Enforcement Order on Yellow Maise.B,M. second. motion carried. Lots 10, 11 and 12 - Equestrian Estates J. Lindon motioned to empower T. Peter to site visit for approval of lots with the stipulation that an "As-Built" plan be submitted. B. Mansour second, motion carried. Lot 47A Salem Street - Discussion Bill Place and Norfnan' Farr, owner attended meeting with a new Notice of Intent for discussion. The Commission explained the situation in the area to Mr. Farr. that the lot cannot meet compensatory flood storage. This area had recently been denied by us due to this fact. The minutes of July 16th were accepted as corrected by the motion of J. Lindon, and seconded by B. Mansour. However, the MtS.Of/ TUne 11th, July 9th, and Sept. 17th V were still open.
