2) Business Park located at airport----No need for staff to send a letter, petitioner advised that he is not
going further with the project, requested a bond release .
3) 40R Overlay District—Establish committee for 40R review and committee for rezoning of Rte, 114
review.
4) Lot Release: (Lot 18 (a/k/a Lot 127, 11 Lancaster Road)Coventry Estates Subdivision . Issue has
been resolved, fax'd copy of board's signature for Lot 18 release.
5) Gas station near Merrimack„College and Rte 125. Kinsman Service Station, 145 Andover Bypass.
Owner to address the Board regarding condition of gas station.
