The Commission should insert an article in the next Town 'Narrant, requesting a sum of money for conservation use to start as a reserve for future needs, 5. TgM Forest: Mr. Lafond stated that plans and action have already been started for the development of the Tomn Forest as a recreation area for "passive" activities. Assisting in this development is the State Di' li cion of Forests and Parks. 6. Toym Infirmary: The Study Committee Is report on the Town Inf irmary is basically presented in three articles in the 1967 Toim t"Iarrant. Briefly, these are:a. Retain land., barns and sheds for storage of town equipment* b. Raze all structures and retain land (approx. 15 acres); c.
