this case is lost in the courts . After much discussion of laws

both the Onmmissinn and the Bnnrd should meek clarification of
the existina state and local laws and regulations concerning
development along the shores of the lake and then possibly seek
changes in those laws to ensure pollutants do not damage the
wnter supplv. A joint effort will he made by the Board 0'
"Palth and the Commission to seek ado uate clarification from
the Town Council . Roberts is to draft a letter and ahenk it
with Scanlon before mailing. ft was also thought necessary to
seek proposed sewer plans from the board oP Public Works .
The Pollowinq persons were suQuested as possible assa' ciate
members : Henry 9ink, Arthur lesca, Roland Viddlet,on , Yr k Mrs
Fred Torthen . This discussion will continue and Roberts will
try to ''bring n proposal for kssociate Activities .
