A group headed by Mr. Martin Wax of the Boston Globe Field and Stream
Club were in attendance for price negotiation on their Boxford St.
Land. Mr. Wax spoke of appraisals (A) 43,000 and (B) 93,000.

Figuring on the basis of house lots. Both done in 1974.
The Committee agreed to make an offer oe43,000. -

Motion made by Mr. Chepulis to pay $10.52 to Mrs. Trombldy for postage
and office supplies. Seconded by Mr. Lewis. Motion Carried.
Motion made by Mrs. Kittridge to accept minutes. Seconded by Mr.
Chepulis. Motion Carried.
Open Space Plan
Mr. Roberts explained the procedures needed to start the natural
resources study going. The required forms needed will be filled out
by members Kittridge, D'Angelo and Trombley.
