Please nate, that hecause a quorum was not present the meeting was not called to order.
'The following minutes are for informational purposes,
Chairman Nardella was present and spoke with Lisa Fiore-Fox�vho was present on
behalf of herr mother Margaret J. Fiore. The Fiore's presently have an article placed on
{he warrant to rezone their property at the Special 'Town Meeting sof 7/10/06. The subject
of the Treetira g was relative to the wording in a proposed covenant,
Attorney Vin:,Manzi was also pmsent and discussed the Subject of the rlc,claration of
protective covo ants, ¢conditions, and restrictions elative to Berry Street Trust as/d/t.
Attorney Thomas Urbelis was al,so.present and spoke of the 5tatue of M.G.L. 4-184 and
how it relates to Section 5 of the covenant. Atty. Urbelis stated that the Pla.r„ming Board
