5. High Street(Davis & Furber mill) possible mixed use development, Terry Morrison.
6. Boston Hill development discussion(attendee from Messiti Development& Marchionda
& Associates).
CONTINUED HEARINGS:
7. Seng Ea, 163 Turnpike Street,Map 24, Parcel 19 - Site Plan Review Special Permit to allow
for creation of 8 parking spaces, First meeting date: August 1St, Decision due: Oct. 30th.
Applicant needs to reapply to ZBA. Postponed until October 3, 2006 PB meeting.

Site Plan Special Permit to add 3 panel antennas inside existing Sprint monopole and
associated equipment within 9'x 22' lease area. The applicant is working with the Town for
contractual issues. A waiver of time constraints is on file at the Planning Department.
Postponed until October 3, 2006 PB meeting.
9. Juniper Woods Realty, LLC, Juniper Woods, Map 108A, Parcel 2— 8-Lot, Single-Family
Definitive Subdivision and Planned Residential Development. First meeting date: August 1St
Decision due: Nov. 10, 2006, Postponed until October 3, 2006 PB meeting.
10. Joe Levis, 1003 Osgood Street, Map 35, Lot 50. Modification to the approved Site Plan
Review Special Permit and Watershed Special Pen-nit to relocate the access roadway, parking
lot re-configuration, and the addition of 9 parking spaces. Continued until Oct 3rd meeting.
