issued an ORAD on 1/20/07. Waiver on file until Marels 13,2007:
2. Joe Levis,1003 Osgood Street,Map 35,Lot 50. Modification to a Site Plan Review Special Permit to
relocate the access roadway and parking lot reconfiguration. landscaping plan not complete. Waiver on

market,retail pharmacy and liquor store. G-B zoning district. Attorney Smolak requested to be heard on
March 6th.
