X Stephen Foster, 400 Willow Street, request close out of $10K bond, As-built
and letter from MHF Design Consultants submitted. Letter from Gene Willis, DPW,
stating his concerns have been satisfied. Tim Willett, DPW, stating he has no concerns.

DISCUSSION:
Traffic Signal•
M Mr. Thomson, 210 Holt Road, applicant has installed signalization at Holt Road
and Rte. 125, as required by the Board of Health — site assigpment and the Planning
Board's Site Plan Review decision. There are remaining funds to be placed in an escrow
account, to be used for future changes to the installed traffic signals.
DISCUSSION:
Extension request:
a Tony Grasso, request for an extension for a Watershed Special Permit for 12
Bonny Lane. Mr. Grasso is in the process of purchasing this property — Decision has
been recorded. Atty. Don Borenstein to represent applicant.

IM Wireless Bylaw, Section 8,9 of the bylaw. J. Tymon's proposed changes to the
existing Wireless Bylaw.
