Minutes of Meeting 13 February 1974
Members Present : Mrs . Trombly, Fessers, D 'Angelo , Lafond, Chepulis ,
Lewis, Rescan Assoc. Membefs Fink and Turano.
Members Absent : Mrs . Kittredge . Assoc . Member Worthen.
Called to Order at 7 :55 PM.
1. Minutes of the meeting of 23 January 1974 read and accepted.
2. Public Hearing held on petition of Methuen Construction Co .
to alter land off Sutton Hill Road and 6andra Lane - known
as Appledore . Tape recording of hearing in the file no : 242-6.
Hearing closed at 11 :00 PM.
3. Referral from Planning Board. Definitive Plan entitled "Douglas
Drive and Mark Road W" reviewed . T was decid&d that the
property did not come under Wetlands Protection Act.
4. Self-help Applications for three parcels off Salem and Forest
Street signed by members present. To be forwarded to DNR when
signature of Mrs. Kittredge is obtained.
5. Next meeting scheduled for Monday , 18 February 1974 at 7 :30 PM
to discuss Orders of Condition for "Appledore . ''
6. Adjournment at 11 :30 PM.
