CALLED TO ORDER: 8:00 P.M.
LAND ACQUISITION:
Mrs. Kittridge gave a report on Globe Employee ' s land.
Mrs. Trombly received a letter (on file) from Mr. Steinber ,
owner, of land around Reas. Pond.
Mr. Fink had land (Mr. Steinberg' s) appraised (unofficial) ;
figure was $30,000.00.
Mr. Turano suggested we make an offer of $25,000.00 and see if
Mr. Steinberg would like to attend one of our meetings.
STATUS OF WET LANDS CASES:
242-3 Chester Sullivan
Order of conditions issued by Dept. of Natural Resources.
242-6 Appledore
Status report incomplete.

Mrs. Trombly spoke of D.N.R. rules to determine if a Notice of
Intent is required. The Dept. of Natural Resources representative

Mr- Turano offered the basic wording for a motion; and after
rewording, the motion reads:

This motion was made by Mr. D'Angelo and seconded by Mr. Chepulis.
