Minutes of the Meeting of September 293 1976
A meeting of the North Andover Conservation Commission was held on
Wednesday,

1. Winter Hill Fstates: A reqlue

the wetlands act. The Commission voted that, lots 1, 23 3 & 10 could be
excluded, that lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 & 12 do fall- under the -vietlands act,
t1-int lots 4 & 5 could be excluded under the conditions that construction
on these lots does not occur below the 11[o foot contour line and that all
parts of the roadway come under the wetlands act.

h. By--Law Changes: The following by--law changes were voted an and
accepted:
A. Delete - The Clerk Qhall be responsible for the Agenda of
each meeting, subject to amendment of the Chairman
Add - The Chairman shall be responsible for the Agenda of each
meeting.
B. Delete - The Commission may, by vote at any meeting, appoint
associates to the Commission•vote at any meeting, appoint

7. Letters: The following' letters are to be sent:
A. A letter to the M.V.P.C. notifying them that Gayton Osgood
is to be the CojnmAssion' s Regional Coordinator.
B. A letter to the f.A.C.C. notifying there of the new Associate
Members.
C. A Letter to Building lnspector Foster requestihm that

permit.
