,A meeting of the Morth Andover Conservation Commission was held on
Wednesday, January 199 1977, in the Tree Wardens Office at the North
Andover Town Garage. The folloming members mere present: Patricia
Tromblyq Vincent Turanq Arthur Rescal John Gaffnyj Robert Forget and
Mayne Mitton
Vice-chairman Trombl called the meeting to order at 7:05 -Nie

1. Spinning Whee'l Fstates: The inspectors report for Spinning
Wheel Estates was given and a letter to the developer stating that
everything seemed in order was approved.
2. salem Forest: The Planning Board will be inspecting Salem
Forest on January 29, at 3:00 A.M. vith George Farr and Frank Gelinas.
Anyone from the Conservation Commission vishIng to attend is invited. to
do so.
3. Great Pond Woodland: The Order of Conditions for Great Pond
Woodlands were discussed in detail. Mr. Tuttle and Mr. Gelinas were
in attendance and made numerous comments and recommendations. After
some revisions, the final orders 'Were voted on and approved.
