Minutes of the Meeting of July 27p 1977
A meeting of the North Andover Conservation Comdssion was held on
Wednesdayq July 279 19779, at the Town Hall meeting room,

members were present: Patricia Trombly$ Vincent Turanop Arthur Reseal
Henry Fink and Wayne Mitton.
Chaierson Trombly called the meeting to order at 7%45 P-M-

1. Wetlands Mapping: The proposal by the firm of I.E.P. for the
mapping of the towns wetlands was distributed, Pat .0.11 meet with the
Selectmen on August 11 to update them on this project.
2. New Memberst New members and associate members have been
appointed by the Selectmen. They are: Henry Fink., Daniel Leonard and
Vincent Bl6ndin6.
Sutton Place: it was decided that any past and/or future fill
in actions by the Sullivans: Donaldsons or Danus' will require a Notice
of Intent. A letter to this effect w1,11 be sent.
Winter Hill: A. letter request by the Commission from Mr, Frank
