Meadows proposes tt~t cc~ruc~ion waste ~e dumped on the site, it is on a major highway, the addition of a private land fill would be a suitable addition to our By-Laws. It was noted that a small portion of the land is locatedi in Middleton. Helea Sohodder, T~rnpike St., Mrs. Chas. Fri~z, daughter of ~z~ D. Berry, Richard Rosten, Turnpike St. all reiterated their feelings stated at the last meeting. Motion was made bY Mc~teiro to recommend unfavorable action. Second by Roberts and unanimous vote. Reasons: no one has the time to police the proposed land fill every da~; concern for well water because irreparable d~mage could be done if any~ was dumped accidentally; the addition of "private" roi an I-3 zone would effec~ other sites in town and not just this parcel. Upon motion of Monteiro and second bY Roberts it was unanimously voted to recommend unfavorable a~tion on the addition of "private" t$ Sec. 4.131 of the ZBL. EARTH MATERIALS R~NOVAL, SEC. 5 AM~D~: Monteiro read the legal notice. This proposal is a clarification of the By-Law and also and addition of "stripping or mining" which will eliminate alot of misinterpretations. Motion by Roberts and second by Monteiro to recommend favorable action. Unanimous vote. TABLE 2, FOOTNOTES 2 & 3: Monteiro read the legal notice. Robt. N~_~tins, Hillside Rd. asked for clarification. Susan St. Pierre explained what the section meant - that the 1st 50 ft. had to be open and green and the 2nd 50 f~ could nos He 'built upon. Martins replied that he had seen the B.I. who said Trembly was going to do something about the ma~ter. Motion and second bY Roberts and Nonteiro, respectivelY, to recommend favorable astion. Unanmmous vote. Reason: By-Law not ex- plicit enough, clarification. PLANS NOT RE~IRING APPROVAL: 1 - R. R. JOYOE, Salem St. - let lime cb~ge; a revision of plans previously approved. Motion by Menteiro to endorse as not requiring approval under subdivision control law. ~eoond bY Roberts and unanimous vote. ~JF~ER, Sutton Mill Rd. - motion by Ro~rts to DENY due to the fac~ that the 2 frontage requirement is not met.
