WORK SESSIC~
The P~.AW~NI~NG BOARD held a Work Session on Tuesday evening, June 10, 1980 at 7:30 P.M.
in the Town Office Meeting Room. The follow-Lug members were present and vo$ing: William
Chepulis, Ch~irmau; John J. Monteiro, Vice-Chairman; Paul A. Hedstrcm, Clerk; Michael P.
Roberts.
Susan M. S~. Pierre, Town Planner, and William Oyr, Highway Surveyor were also present.
REVISIONS TO SUBDIVISION RULES & REGS. S all members had Been presented a copy of
proposed revisions for review. Susan brought up the fact that on some subdivisions
so much loam has been stripped from the lots that there is only about 1" or 2" lef~
for lawns. Could we insert something about this in the Rules & Regs. ? If it is not
covered in Sec. 5, ~hen a general ~ta~ement could be added to comply with Sec. 5 regard-
ing top soil or re-loaming.
Those present reviewed the draft of proposals; to be finalized and typed.
The meeting adjourned at 9:~0 P.M.
