~ The. PLANNINa BOARD held a regular monthly meeting On MONDAY evening, June 16, ~980
at 7:45 P.M.. in the Town Office Meeting Room, The following members were present and
Voting: William Chepulis, Chairman; John J. Monteiro, Vice-Chairman; Paul A. Heals%rom,
Clerk; Joyoe 'A. DiTore; and Michael P. Roberts.
L~ MINICUCCI - CONTINUED P~BLIC HEARING: leSter from Atty. Cagle was read by the Clerk.
Matter tabled until July 7 meeting. MOnteir0 asked that the neighbors present have the
opportunity %o speak. The Chairman replied that a plan is beimg developed, we ~on't
know what is going %o be on that plan and, therefore, it would be difficult to discuss
at this time. RespOnse to be sent to Cagle stating that we would appreciate receiving
the plans prior to July 7 in order that %hey may be studied and prepared for the hearing.

C. Gelinas representing stated there will be 230 ft. of road,--a 4 lot subdivision cut
out from two of the previous lets On Raleigh Tavern Lane extension.
