The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8~00 P.M. in the
Selectmen's Office.
Members present~ Gregory Mooradkanian, 0hairman, Dr. Harold C. Kay,
James T. Poor, Peter Ritchie and Charles Trombly~
There were no application before the Board and a generaI discussion was
held. This was Mr. Tromblyts last meeting and the Board voted to thank
Mr. Trembly for his services and cooperation while he served on the Board.
Mr. Trombly willbe replaced byMr. Richard C. ~nipple.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
Next meeting to be held on April 6, 1949.

Meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:00 P.M. in the Selectlen's
Office.

Peter Ritchie and Richard ¢. ~nipple.
There were no application before the Board for consideration. A general dis-
cussion was held.
Mr. & Mrs. Theod6re Peters were present to m~ke inquiries about the possibilities
of building in the development known as UStanleyvillee. They were informed by
the Board that this development was not approved b~ t~e Board and that a buildin~
permit could mbt be issued until it was approved.
Motion was made and seconded and it was voted that this would be the last
meeting of the season unless there were applications presented and the chairman
would then call the meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 9~30 P.M.
