The meeting was called to order by B~egor~ Moo'~dkanian who acted as the
chairman.
Members present: Gregory M. ooradkani, an, Richard G. Whipple, Edwin Reinhold
and the new member Nicholas Nicetta.
There were no applications pending before the Board for %his .meeting..
A general discussion was held.
Motion was wmde and seconded and it was VOTED to. adjourn at 9s30 P.M.

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Mooradk~n~an at 8:10 P.M.
Members present~ Gregory Mooradkanian, Richard G. ~nipple. Nicholas Nicetta
and ~ H. Kilton.
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED that Mr. Whipple act as the
Chairman for the evening.
Motion was made and seconded that the Board re-organime at this meeting.
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED that Mr ~ichardG. ~hipple Be
elected as chair~. Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED to
elect Me Edwin Reinhold as secretary.
A general discussion was held as there were, no applications Before the Board.
