A general discussion was held.
Motion was made and seconded and it was voted that there would 'be no regular
meetings of the Board for the months of Ju~ and August, ~mless there were
applications filed and a meeting would be called by the Chairman.
Meticn was made and seconded and it was VOTED to aflJourn at 9:30 P.M.
