Meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:10 P.M. in the Tomn
Building. This was a special meeting.
Members present: Richa~.d G. ¥:~ipple, Chairmau~ Edwin Reinhold Secretary~
Lyman H. Kilton and NichoSas Nicetta.
This meeting was called in order to vote on the application of Kastant. J.
Shay and John P. Shay. Application and plans were presented to the Board
at the Public Hearing held on .February 4~ 1952. Members viewed the
property in question previous to this meeting.
After a discussion of this application, Member Mooradkanian~ who was unable
to be present was contacted by-telephone and he stated that he had been to
view the property amd would like to be recorded as being in favor of granting
approval to the plans.
Motion was then made and seconded and it was Unanimously vo~d to grant approval
of the plans and application to Kastant J. and John P. Shay request'.~ng an
amanement of the Zoning By-Laws of the Town of North Andover se as to change
the classification of a parcel of property owned by them .
A copy of this decision was sent to the Advisory Board~ the Board of Assessors
and the T~vn Clerk. A copy of the plans were also filed with the Town Clerk~
Board of Assessors and m~l abutt~rs.?~w~r~oao~i~fe~u~b~s decision,
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED to adjourn the meeting at
9:30 P.M. The next meeting to be held on March 3, 1952.
