The Meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:15 P.M. in the
Town Building.
Members present: Richard G. Whipple, Chairman~ Edwin ReinhOld, Seoretary~
Gregory Mooradkauian, Nicholas Nicetta and William Swithenbank, Jr.
There were~applications to be considered by the Board at .this meeting.
Mr. George Schruender came before the Board informally t~ inquire the
procedure which should be followed to present an application for re-
zoning for the Board's approval. He was informed by the Board and a
date was set for a Public Hearing for him to be held on Monda~ evening~
February 2, 1953e
Mr. Brasseur was present and informed tha Board ihat he was being held up
on the work he was doing on the survey from Green~ Street to the river
because of some informs, ti. on which he had to get from the State a~d which
to date had not reached b~m. He asked the Board if he could have mere
time in which to qomplete this survey and it was granted. Mr. Brasseur
was then informed that the Board would pay him $1~0.00 .which was the
balance of the 1952 appropriation as part payment for this work and this
was agreeable to ~ He stated that at the moment he could-~ot state
exactly how much more he would change over the $140.00 but he was aware
tha~ his px~ice was Originally set not to exceed $250.00 the balance, of
which was to be paid from the 1953 appropriation.
F~ bills for the year 1952 were signed and the budget sheets for 1953
were approved at this meeting.
Motion was made and .seconded and it was voted to adjourn at 9:45 P.M.
The next meeting to be held on February 2, 1953e
