This meeting was in regard to the organizing ef an Industrial Planning Board. Selectmen Arthur A. Thomson urged that the neucleus of this Industrial Planning Board be the present efficial elective five member Plarm~ug Board whese membership would be expanded to include representative and interested citizens. He further stated that this overall unofficial board weuld find i~s best means of operation through t_~e o£ficial Pl~n~ Board. Seeretary of the Planning Board, Richard G. 'Whipple, spokesman for the Planning 'Board stated that he and his fellow members of the Planning Board would begin action immediately.
