Building.
Members present: Nicholas' Nicetta, Chsdrman, Howard Gddman, Secretary, and
Ralph Finck.
A letter of acknowledgment will be sent to the North Andover Improvement
Society thanking the~ for their offer of assistance to the Planning Board
in any work they may undertake.
Ietters are to be sent to five consultants for interviews with ~he Board at
the meeting on June 28th.
Cards w~11 be sent to the members of the Board to. notify them of the important
meeting to be held on June 28, 1954.
The meeting adjourned at lO:O0 P.M.

No consultant will appear from Adams, Ho~-a~d & Greely as per tb~Lr letter
of June 25, 54.
Mr. John T. Blackwell w~l consult with the board o~ Tuesday, June 29th, at
4:30 P.M. as per his letter of June 22, 1954.
~. Flavel Shurtleff appeared at 8:30 P.~I. and outl~ed his progr~ which he
will confirm by letter to the Board. He estlm_~ed roaghly, that it would
cost from to oo.
Mr. Gerald McLindon appeared at 9:00 P.M. and outl~ed his program which he
will confirm by letter to the Board. He est.fm~ted that it ~would cost from
$2,000 to $2,500.
