The meeting was called to order by tbs chairman atT~30 p m.
Nembers present were N.F. Nicetta, Chairman, H. Gilman, R. Flnck
and R. Broadhead.
The minutes of the last meeting were re~d by the clerk. Mr.
Finck made~he motion they be accepted as rea~. The motion
was seconded by Mr. B~oadbead and.unanimously passed by the
Board.
Reservations for two members ~o attend the annual conference
of Planning Boards on November 5th and 6th are/to be made. Members
Nlcetta and Finck are to attend the conference.
A study of Mr. John Blackwell'S plannknE proposal was made. After
discussion and study of the proposal Mr, Gilman made the motion
that the Board accept/the proposal as submitted. Seconded by Mr
Finck, the motion was unanimously passed by the Board.
Mr. Nicetta informed the Board that the nega$ives anf-;:master trans-
parencies of the U.S. topographic map of North Annoyer bad been
located by Mr~ Mooradkanian. Mr. Blackwell is +o be informed of
this in order *hat be might begin to prepare ~he~town-wide plannlng
study base map.
A letter of resignation from Mrs. Anfielina Kelly wes re~d by the
Chairman. Tbs resignation was ~cceote~ and a le~er is to bessent
to Mrs Kelly expressing the Board's resters.
