The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 7:30 p.'m.
Members present were Mr. Nicetta, Mr. Finck~ Mr. Gilman, Mr.
Broadkead and Mr. Driscoll.
A discussion on the subject of bu~ing a file cabinets to pre-
serve maps washsld. It wa~ decided to request an appropriation
for the cabinet. An appropriation of $275.00 is requested.
At 8:00 p.m. Mr. John T. Blackwell met with the Board to begin
the basic work on the planning and r~zoning program. Att~is
meeti g several interested townspeople were present who are to
aid in the project:

Mr. Blackwell displayed maps of other work done in towns comparable
to North Andover. These consisted of maps displaying principle util-
itiesj land ownership sizes, semi-public and public lands and ex/sting
land uses.
