of land on Chickering Road was received from Mr. Charles Melamed.

An application for ext~on of a business zone was received from Mr.
Paul Desrosiers. Date for public hearing on this matter was set fer
February 7, 1955 at 8:00 p.m.
Mr. John Blackwell met with several of the volunteer groups and instructed
them with regard to the steps necessary for the completion of the various
maps being prepared. Mr. Blackwell also summarized WOrk done for the Board
and outlined his immediate plans. The next meeting with Mr,. BlackWell is
set for February 21st at 8:00 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.

The meeting was called to orAer by the Chairman at 7:30 p.m Members present
were Messrs. Nicetta, FTnck, Broadhead, Driscoll, and Gilman.
A list of amendments to the Zoning By-Laws since 1943 was drawn up for use in
the present planning program.

Mr. Desrosiers withdrew his petition which was to be acted upon at the public
hearing on February 7th and apllied for a new date.
