On motion of Mr. Finck, seconded by Mr. Barman, the Board unanimously voted
to view the partial layout of Carmelo Marino to see if the lots meet the
requirements of the Zoning By-Laws.
Mr. Gould and Mr. Siegel a:L~peared before the Board with plans asking if ~he
preliminary plan is satisfactory. The Board informed the gentlemen that the
Plan~ing ~oard's approval is conditional on the approval of the Board of Health.
They were told to bring in the definitive plan approved by all agencies of the
Town involved and then ~he Planning Board would act on the plan.
Mr. B~nedict representing Town & Country Homes of Boston and the engineer,
Mr. Robert Goodwin came before the Board with regard to land being subidvied
by the Colgate Construction Ce. This land is located on the Robert B. Smith
property on Chickering Road. The Board informed the gentlemen that if they
would come before the ~oard with all necessary plans the Board would set a hearing (
date on this matter if the plans are satisfactory.
On motion of Mr. Finck, seconded by Mr. Sannau, the Board unanimuuslyvoted to
amend the rules and regulations of the subdivision control law to include
a profile plan slong with the preliminary plan as part of the Board's requirements.
The Board mmt with ~. Blackwell and members of the Board of Health, Mr. Geroge
Caro and Miss Mary Sheriden and members of the ~oard of Public Works, Mr. Wm.
Duffy,.M~. Francis Kitteredge, and Mr. Irving Howes with regard to policy of
the present zoning programwith reference to the BoardS' mutual problems with
regard to the present rezoning program.
The meeting adjourned at lO:30-p.m.

the Board of Selectmen and Suilding Inspector at 8:00 p.m. on August 15th and
Mr. Blackwell.
On motion of Mr. Bannan, seconded by Mr. Finck, the Board voted to adjourn
at 7:26 p.m.
