The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 7:30 p.m. MemBers presen%
were Mr. Nicetta, Mr. Osgoed~ Mr. Finck, Mr. Gilman and Mr.
The Board met with Mr. Bla~kwell, the p~A-~ing advisor for the express purpose
of discussing the draft of Mr. Blaokwell's proposed razoning ~ext.
l~r. Blackwell said it was up to the Board as to how many and kinds of zoning
distriets there should be and that the zoning boundaries should be described in

0nmotion of Mr. Barman, seconded byMr. Finck the Board vo~ed that eaoh dwelling
unit shottld not'have less tb~n 700 square feet in area - this is in reg~dto ~wo
or more dwellings to a building. Mr. Osgood voted against this motion.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
