Proposed re'visions in the zoning by-laws were discussed. 'Members present were Mr. Nic6tta, Mr. Osgood, Mr. Bannan and Mr. Gi]w~n. The Board met later at the Town Building at ~:15 P..M' Nicetta, Mr. Osgood, Mr. Bannan and Mr. Gi~Lman. Members present were Mr. Mr. Nicetta read a letter from the Board of Selectmen i~ answer to a letter written by the PTanning Board under date of November 5, 1955 with reference to the North Andover Railroad Station. Mr. Nicetta made a motion, seconded by Mr. 0sgood, that the matter be held in abeyance until the next meeting. Mr. Salisbury's bill for legal services in the Colgate Appeal was discussed. A letter was received from the Board of Selectmen in which it was stated that they would be gland to approve Mr. Salisbury' s bill for payment if it were presented in the usual way; that is, on a regular bill form approved by the Planning Board. The Board agreed that the bill would be paid out of the Planning Board's appropriation if they had enough money. The bill called for $200. Mr. Nicetta made a motion, seconded by Mr. Gilman~ tlmt the matter of payment of this bill be held in abeyance, until the hext regular meeting. Mr. Gilman read a letter from the Wellesley Planning Board in which they asked for a copy of o~r Subdivision Rules & Regulations, and also a copy of our zoning by-laws, Clerk was instzmcted to forward the above to the Wellesley Planning Board. The matter of Mr. Blackwell's bill was discussed and it was unanimously agreed that this be held over until the next meeting. A letter was received from the Massachusetts Economics Development Forum in w~ich it was stated that there would bea meeting and luncheon at th~ Hotel Sommrset, Boston on Thursday, December l, 1955 at a cost of $5.00 per person. This letter invited the Board to attend if they so desired. An invitation was received from the City Planning Board of Lawrence inviting the Board to attend a regional planning meeting at the La~ence City Countil Room, City Hall on Thursday, December 8th. certain proposed revisions in the zoning by-laws were discussed~ such as neighborhood stores, sewer and water, sanitation systems, etc. With regard to neighborhood stores, it was agreed that some architectural and size restrictions be put in. Mr. Osgood made a motion, seconded by Mr. Nicetta, that the meeting adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 13:15 P-M-
