S~ecial Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P. M. Members present: Nicholas Nicetta:
Chairman, John Osgood, Secretary, Howard Gilman, Ralph Finck and_ James Bsnm~B.
Mr. Blackwell was also present.
Selectmen, William Finneran, Raymond Broadhead, Arthur Kirk, and the Advisory Board
consisting of members: Mr. Whipple, Mr. Harriman and Charles Stillwe~l met with the
Board. One of the purposes of this discussion was to confer of defraying expenses
in printing and setting a date for a statutory hearing, also the posting of a warrant.
Mr. Osgood stated the Town Moderator was in favor of printing the entire By-Law for
the Town Public Meeting, and it has been suggested, if we as the Planning Board adver-
tised the entire text for the call of the Public Hearing might do it in such a way
typographically, and send it over to the %irst printing, and with explicit changesint
the letter haVe it rebinded againiin proper form for the Town Meeting.
It was stated that there was no question of having to change the text matter having
to be printed. The text goes unchanged through the Advisory Board Report and the
Selectmens ' Warrant.
The Planning Board will be billed for the initialed co~t for advSrtising in the Trihu~e
and tear sheets to be handed to the citizens at the Public Meeting. Selectmen will pay
for the cost of 30 Warrants. The Advisory Board ~ril! be billed printing the Adx~sory
_Report in booklet form and any remainder.
Mr. Osgood was designated to go to the Eagle-Tribune to discuss the matter of printing.
