Members presents Nicholas Nicetta, Ghairman John Osgoed, Secretary, Ralph Finck, How~rd Gilman and Jeames Barman. .A letter was writte~ to John J. Lyons, Town Clerk as follows: The North Andover Planning Board feels that it is not within its' legal right to review your report to the Attorney General of Massachusetts of the proceedings of the special town meeting on June 30 which acted upon the Planning Board's recommended revision of the North Andover Zoning By-Law. We would appreciate receiving a copy of your report of tha~ meeting and also request that one be sent to Mr. Joh~ T. Blackwell. If you have any question concerning the motions, amendments and proceedings of the meeting, we suggest that you contact Mr. Thomas Nunn, Bradstreet Road~ N, A. who was employed by the Planning Board to take fnl~ transcript of the meeting. The Board was in rro_animous motion of this letter. A new clause was inserted in the Sutton ~fll Plans as follc~: and that proper drainage easements as shown on sa~d plans are granted to the Town of North Andever prior to accept- ance by the To~n of North Andover ~ of streets shown on said plans. This literature was included with the first adopted by the Board concerning the 30 feet in width of streets. Mr. Secretary read a letter from W. H. Barrett, Attorney concerning the Boston & Naine Railroad. It was moved and seconded that the Boston & N~1~e request be approved. Letters dated July 20 and August 10 from the Board of ~ablic Works was filed. Vo'~ohere wer~ signed. erk ~eptember 10, 1956 Regular Meeting The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P. M. Nmmbers Present: Nicholas .F. Nicetta, C.h~.~i~rman, John Osgood, Secretary, Ralph E. Finck, Howard G~lman and J~mes Barman. Secretary Osgood read the minutes of the meeting of July 30 August 16, 1956. Mr. Barman moved that the minutes be accepted as read. Mr. Gilman seconded this motion. The Board reviewed phsmphlets of the Commerce Briefs from the Massachusetts Federation of Planning Boards.
