They are ove~ the prescribed area of the Zoning I~, namely 44,000 square feet with a frontage of at least 150 feet. He stated that Mr. Ma~Ino has contacted so~e ef the abutters in the near vicinity of the proposed sub-division, and Mr. Pea~od~ sub-~.%ted petitions stating they do not oppose this project.
