BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, TOWN OF PELHAM, NH 03076
Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday,
November 10, 2008 at the Pelham Town Hall to hear Case #2415 New Cingular
Wireless PCS, LLP (AT&T) C/O Stephen D. Anderson / Owner — Detellis, Geoffrey
& Nora seeking:
A "Use" Variance concerning: Articles: III IV, V, X, XIII Sections: 307-7,
307-16(A) 307-18 307-58(B)(3) 307-58(C)(2) 307-58(C)(3), and 307-88A of the
Zoning Ordinance.
Applicant proposes to permit a Personal Wireless Facility and Tower use on
property situated in the Residential Zone, not in the Telecommunications Overlay
Zone and with Side Setbacks of less than 175' and a Fall Zone of less than 100%
of the height of the Tower including any antennas or other appurtenances.
On property located at 9 Rocky Hill Road Map 7 Lot 4-185-2 in the Residential Zone.
You are invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and state reasons why the
request should or should not be granted.
This meeting is being held at the Pelham Town Hall, 6 Village Green,
Pelham, NH
All meetings are tape-recorded.

all public meetings held by the Town of Pelham. In accordance with
