Mr. ~ieetta, Mr. Barman amd Mr. Bvxke met at 9:4~ p.m., after the Board of
~PPeals meeting, to discuss the petition of Anthony Rogers. Mr. Banna~ read the
letter received f~om the Board of Pmblie Works. Mr. Bannan made the motion to
den~ the petition, seconded by Mr. Burke and voted unanimously. Owing te the fact
cthe Ind~..strial area as crea~ed and adopted by the Special Town Meeting of
· 30, 19~, the .t?anning Board feels that ne ~e-clazsification in that area
d be m~e at thins time for the following reason: T~e area invelved is centrally
in the Industrial Area which may be an obstruction to obtaining new Yndustry
futareo ~
The Board discussed further the conditions for approval for the Filetti motel
and decided that the following canditia~s be printed on all copies of the plans:
1. Approval of this Petition is on condition that the Petitioner builds
ascor~g to the Plans submitted and signed by this Board and meets all the re-
q~ments of the Zm~tng By-La~.
2. Dr~age mast be connected to a suitable outlet in ~ickering Road.
Suitable fire protection is subject to the approval of the ghief of the
