A special meeting of the Planning Board was held on Thursday,
November 6 1958 inasmuch as the regular monthly meeting of
November 3 could not be held as only Mr. Bannan and Mr. Burke
were present.
Bills were signed for the following:

Mr. Marino of the Lantern Corporation appeared ~efore the Board and
asked for an extension of their Bond for Dale Street.
Mr. Burke made the motion to extend the Bond for the Lantern Corpr~tion
for two years from April l, 1958. Mr. Nicetta sec~nded the motion.
Unanimous vote.
Mr. Nicetta recommended in the letter.to be written to the Selectmen
that it be noted that the Board recommended to the Lantern Corporation
that they should start work on the water main and road within one year.
Mr. Nicetta moved that Monday, December 1, 1958 at 8:00 PM a special
hearim~ be held concerning paragraph 4.5 in conformity, with the
Supreme Court's decision. Mr. ~rke ~econded the motion. Unanimous
vote.
Mr. Burke read a letter from Lloyd and Sherman requesting the release
of the performance bond on Heath Road and Heath Circle. Mr. Barman
seconded the motion, a~n~r. Burke moved the bond be released. Unanimous
vote.
A letter will be written to the Selectmen on this matter.
Mr. Burke moved that the meeting adjourn at 8:45 PM.
