Special Meeting
A special Eeetir~ of the Planning Board was held on Saturday, March 1Z, 1959
at l~O0 P~YI at the North Andover High School. ~'~e~.bers oresent and voting were:
James M. B~nnan, Chair~an, Robert Burke, ~ecretary~ Howard Gilt. n, John Osgood
and Nicholas N~cetta.
Mr. Burke ~oved that Mr. Bannan be Chairman fcr the coming year. ~ir. Gilman
seconded the motion. Unanimous vote.
M~. 0sgood moved that ~,~. Burke be Secretary for the co~ng year. Mr. Nicetta
seconded the motion. Unanimous vote.
