Upon a motion made by Walter F.Soule and 2nd by Robert P.Ford,the Board voted to GRANT a dimensional Variance from Section 7,Paragraph 7.3 and Table 2 for relief of a front setback(North Main Street)of 8.3'as per Site Development Plan of Land in North Andover,MA,prepared for Town of North Andover by Stephen E.Stapinski,R.L.S.,#29876,Merrimack Engineering Services, 66 Park Street,Andover,MA 01810,dated July 23,2002. The Board finds that the applicant has satisfied the provisions of Section 10,paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
