Regular Meeting & Public Hearing
The regular monthly meeting of the Planning Board was held on Monday, July 6, 1959
at the Town Building. Members present and voting were: James M. Bannan, Chairman
Robert Burke, Secretary, John Osgood and Nicholas F. Nicetta. A Public Hearing
for William Shann was also held.
The petitioner sooke for himself and showed plans to the Board. John Daly, W. F.
Moran and D. O'Connor of Chad~icl~ spoke in favor of this sub-division Mr. Shann
requested.
Mr. Nicetta moved to take the ~atter t_~uder advisement. Mr. Burke seconded the
motion. Vote: In FAvor, Burke, Nicetta and Bannan. Mr. Osgood did not vote'.
The Board to postpone action on Carmelo Marino until the next regular monthly meeting,
It also voted to postpone action on a Town Planner until the next regular meeting.
Mr. 0sgood moved to sub~it William Shann's plans to the Highway Department and Board
of ~blic Works. Mr. Nicetta seconded the notion. Unanimous vote.
Mr. Burke the meeting adjourn at 10:35 PM.
