Special ~eeting
A special meeting of the Planning Bosrd was held on Friday, December 18, 1959 at
8:00 PM at the Town Building. Members present and voting were: James M. Banna~,
Chairman, Robert Burke, Secretary, and Nicholas F. Nicetta.
John T. Blackwell was present at the meeting and went over the work he has performed
for the Town. He pointed out the Town has no obligations to him.
Mr. Blackwell explained the Town has the Future Land Use ~p, Water and Sewerage
Map and that he will reproduce the original Street Map.
Mr. Burke moved to conclude Mr. Blackwell's work. Mr. Nicetta seconded the motion.
Unanimous vote.
A discussion was held regarding the future needs of the Town.
Mr. Barman stated he would call Mr. PottLier of the Department of Commerce to see what
Federal Funds wottld be available.
Mr. B~rke moved the meeting adjourn at 10:30 PM. ~. Nicetta seconded the motion.
Unanimous vote.
